Mentoring

Many of us know the value of a good mentor. They encourage, inspire, challenge and motivate us. How much more is a good mentor needed for people who are challenging cultural norms by becoming survivors of debilitating poverty, rising above circumstances and becoming leaders back in their communities and beyond.

Due to Cambodia's traumatic history there is a lack of leaders and mentors. Current 20 & 30 yr olds having risen into leadership responsibility through their passion and drive to help Cambodia often don't have mentors or role models to inspire and assist. Flame provides the mentorship, helping these leaders to move towards their asperations.

Flame provides mentoring for the young leaders as part of the Leadership Academy program as well as a selection of Cambodian leaders of organizations outside of Flame
