LAMP
LEADERSHIP AND MENTORING PROJECT

WHY?

We want to identify, grow and launch leaders, this is our mission. Cambodia must have the next generation of leaders being trained up and ready. Everything rises and falls on leadership and without proactive training up of leaders, Cambodia will continue to drift as a developing country. This is important in any country but doubly important for Cambodia, given its recent history.

WHO?

The LAMP project is the culmination of many years of input into the urban poor. This program is offered to university students and staff, both within Flame and outside, to those who show potential in leadership. We want to engage them in a 3-year program that will inspire, upskill and mentor them in leadership. There is a strong focus for each student to live out a practical and experiential leadership journey.

WHAT?

Grow

Weekly Saturday workshops, for 7 months each year for 3 years, are held to motivate, train and challenge LAMP participants Mentors meet each student one-on-one, at least once per month, to motivate and challenge them.
